Texas Explosion V lived up to the hype as RCW delivered on one of its marquee events of the year! Over 400 fans were in attendance!

This event began with award-winning Latin singer Leslie Lugo performing a spectacular rendition of the National Anthem. Lugo was accompanied by members of the United States Army Color Guard, one of which included RCW's own Ray The Voice! This was an incredible start to the event and RCW was proud to pay tribute to our nation.

Once the opening ceremony concluded, the self-proclaimed "RCW Legend" Andy Dalton made his way to the ring. Dalton stated that you can't have a Texas Explosion without the RCW Legend, and issued an open challenge. To everyone's surprise, "The Extreme Aztec" SKAM-13 came to the ring. The former RCW Champion told Dalton to calm down, and that he wasn't facing SKAM on this night. Instead, Dalton will face SKAM's best friend Sicodelico Jr.!

Sicodelico Jr. made his return to RCW in grand fashion with a beautiful Aztec Warrior head dress and embraced his best friend. The match between Dalton and Sicodelico was competitive, but in the end, Sicodelico was successful in his return bout!

Match #2 was a "Lucha Rules" 8-person Tag Team Match between "Mr. Beautiful" Rudy Russo, Weazy Woo, Darci Drake and Jacobs Collins against "Mr. Magnificent" Ryan Sorenson, Amien Rios, Alcatraz, and a masked unnamed competitor. Prior to the match, radio personality from 99.5 FM KISS -- Chris Sifuentes -- escorted Weazy Woo down to the ring, engaging the crowd into chanting "when I say Weazy, you say Woo!" This was a spectacular 8-person match with all competitors employing high-risk tactics.

Sorenson unleashed his beautiful standing dropkick, and Rios and Alcatraz also unleashed punishment with Rios focusing on Darci. However, the egos began to rear their ugly head for Sorenson, Rios, Alcatraz and the masked man, and Russo, Weazy, Darci and Collins were able to use a 4-on-1 advantage to dismantle the masked man, with each wrestler hitting their signature move. The four pinned the masked man, and then tore off his mask to reveal the person's true identity -- Mr. Right! Mr. Right lost a Loser Leaves RCW Match a year ago, and all the competitors in the match were quick to remind Right of the stipulation in a very physical way!

Match #3 was the Triple Threat "1,000 Pounds of Humanity" Match between Keith Lee, Numero Dos and Jackson "Jax" Dane. If Jax was successful, he would officially become a member of the RCW roster. This match lived up to the billing as a true Texas heavyweight match. Lee was able to hit a devastating Death Valley Driver on Numero Dos, but as he was gloating over the spectacular move, Jax quickly went for the cover and scored the pin on Dos! Jax pointed out that he outsmarted Lee, and now that he's officially a member of the RCW roster, Jax has his sights on "The House of Pain!"

Match #4 was the Battle of the Sexes Match between Alissa Flash and Joey "Super Shot" Spector. This was an incredible bout with action that took place both inside and outside of the ring. Flash punished Spector by getting him in the wheelbarrow position and swinging him through rows of chairs. Flash picked up chairs and threw them at the chauvinist, and then sandwiched Spector between a guardrail and a ring post. Back in the ring, Spector was able to counter a move and threw Flash back first onto a chair. Spector then employed dirty tactics, but Flash was able to come back and destroyed "The Super Shot" to get the win. After the match, Flash introduced Spector to his new ring gear -- a short skirt!

Match #5 featured the return of TNA/AAA star and RCW icon "The Super-Mex" Hernandez as he teamed with "El Mamacito" Ann Dromeda against RCW Tag Team Champions The Texas Hitmen (Skitzo & Big Dogg). Ann Dromeda was able to employ his psychological tactics against The Hitmen while Hernandez display his physical prowess, including a delayed vertical suplex on Big Dogg! He held Dogg, a heavyweight in his own right, in the air for well over 10 seconds before dropping him to the canvas. Hernandez held Skitzo for the "beso," but he moved and Ann Dromeda kissed Hernandez instead! This momentary lapse proved to be a turning point in the match, and The Hitmen gained control. However, Ann Dromeda and Hernandez regained the advantage, and after Hernandez crushed Skitzo with a big splash off the top turnbuckle, Hernandez and Ann Dromeda won the Tag Team Championship... or did they? Referee Howie Rolle ruled that an earlier infraction was cause for a disqualification, and therefore The Texas Hitmen retained their Tag Team Titles! Hernandez and Ann Dromeda were upset at Rolle's controversial decision, and as a result, the scrutinized referee received a Border Toss for his troubles!

Match #6 was a Ladder Match to determine an Undisputed RCW Champion between "The Extreme Aztec" SKAM-13 and the undefeated Jojo Bravo. SKAM-13 and Bravo used a variety of unique tactics involving the ladder. Towards the end, both competitors climbed the ladder and grabbed the rope holding the title belt. The ladder gave away, and both men clung to the rope. The rope gave in slack, and both men landed on the canvas. Both men were fighting to reach the belt, but SKAM draped Jojo's throat over the rope... this caused the rope to propel the belt high into the air! As SKAM was going for the belt, Skitzo made his way to the ring to attack SKAM, but Ann Dromeda cut him off! Again "The Extreme Aztec" went for the win, but Big Dogg came to the ring, but before major damage was inflicted, Hernandez saved the former RCW Champion! Just as it seemed SKAM finally had a chance, Andy Dalton came to the ring, but Sicodelico Jr. saved his best friend. A ladder was placed on two chairs and Jojo Bravo went for a Razor's Edge off the second turnbuckle, but SKAM-13 countered with a top rope huracarana through a ladder placed on two chairs! SKAM-13 then used another ladder to climb up and retrieve the RCW Championship!

Following the match, SKAM-13 celebrated with his friend Sicodelico Jr., but then inexplicably Sicodelico Jr. superkicked "The Extreme Aztec." Sicodelico Jr. looked down at his fallen friend, and draped the Mexican flag over SKAM-13 prone body. Sicodelico Jr. did not explain his shocking actions!
